Delete your customcargrills CCG Mesh account

Request deletion of your customcargrills CCG Mesh Android account and its associated cloud data. You do not need to reinstall the app to make a request.

Request deletion by email

Contact [email protected] with the subject “CCG Mesh account deletion”. Send the request from the Google email address used to sign in to CCG Mesh. We may need to verify ownership before deleting the account. Never send your password or a sign-in verification code.

Delete in the app

Open Extras → Account → Delete account and confirm your Google identity.

What is deleted

Your CCG Mesh sign-in account, synced designs, account folders, purchase intents and purchased-pattern access. This does not delete your Google account or issue a Google Play refund.

Timing and retained records

We have not established a guaranteed deletion timeframe or fixed retention schedule. Limited cloud deletion markers and transaction records currently have no automatic expiration and are retained to prevent receipt reuse.

What remains

Limited deletion and transaction records are retained to prevent receipt reuse: a deletion marker, hashed identifiers and receipt status records. Build Journal entries are stored locally and can be deleted within the app. Local journal entries, device-only designs, downloaded files, originals in your photo library and copies already shared with other apps are separate from cloud account data. Remove local items in the app or clear its storage; manage exported copies and device backups separately.
