All sheets are available in a "silver" finish which is simply a mill finish or raw. All of the larger sized sheets are available in a powder coat gloss black. Most of the smaller sheets are also available in a powder coat gloss black. The large sized perforated sheets are sometimes available in a powder coat flat black.
No, our mesh will not rust. Most of what we stock is aluminum, but there are also some stainless steel as well as plastic meshes available.
All the aluminum or stainless materials can be chromed, though we do not offer any of them already chromed at this time. Some of the materials can be easily polished. We have a YouTube video on grill material polishing HERE
Yes, all sheets are shipped flat
Yes, we have both a small Free Samples and a paid Big Sample Pack available. We also have a Free iOS App which can be use as a Virtual Sample Pack.
Pre-Made Grilles, Inserts, & Kits
Please refer back to the product listing on our site. Most grilles made after 2015 will have an installation video to view. Older grilles may have a written .pdf file available. In some select circumstances, no install instructions will be available.
No. Our grilles are designed to fit specific models. They are not cross-compatible with other vehicles.

We ship via USPS and FedEx for Domestic and International orders. DHL is available for some international orders.
Generally, we are able to ship orders within 1 business day. We do not ship on legal holidays or the weekend. Custom built orders take longer, and we'll either quote an estimated lead time on our website or email you after purchase with an estimated lead time.
The shipping cost varies, and is calculated using the package weight and the distance from our zip code (49509) to your zip code. We try our best to calculate the proper amount of postage using the best measurements of the product weights we have.

Returns / Refunds
Probably, please view our Return Policy. Generally, as long as it's not a custom painted or custom lettered grille and it's returned in the way it was received. Generally we don't accept returns on used goods or universal sheets that have been cut by anyone but us.
This is a case by case basis, but generally you will receive a full refund on the product cost if the item is unused. Shipping costs are typically not refunded.

We usually tend to returns within 2 business days. From there it may take up to 4-5 business days to post on your account.
