Your package was arriving later than expected due to USPS covid-related delays. You threatened us with a chargeback if you didn't get your money back for your item still in transit. We always promise our customers will get the item they paid for or they'll get their money back. We do not refund orders that are still in transit to their destination, and we never once implied that you were stealing.
