Chevy Cobalt - Diamond Extreme - Black

As a reminder, Labor Day is Monday. Some shipments will be delayed a day but all orders up till 4pm today have been shipped.

Pictured is a grill I made for a repeat customer who wanted to cover the whole Cobalt front grill area with Black Diamond Extreme mesh. At first I was a bit skeptical on how it would turn out or if I had got the right size and shape but i think the end result was exactly what he was looking for.

One of the biggest challenges is getting these templates to be exact. If I'm off by an 1/8" then it'll usually be noticeable. Unfortunately some bumpers shift that much or more depending on how old they are in whether or not they've been in an accident. Anyway, have a good weekend.
