This is a 3 piece grille mesh set for a Chevy Corvette ZR1 from 2019. Our mesh pieces are pre-cut specifically for the C7 ZR1 model and includes a cutout for the front cameras in the center bumper section. Lower center (below the main center opening) mesh piece not included.
These mesh pieces will fit behind your existing grille and attaches with supplied cable ties. Our radiator guards are made from a 1/4" hexagon aluminum mesh that is 1/16" thick and has a durable high gloss black powder coat that matches the OEM finish on the front end.
Is bumper removal required for installation?
Yes, bumper removal is required for installation.
Do you have a mesh set without the camera cutouts?
No, we only stock the version with cameras equipped. We do have scrap pieces available
here if you want to patch in the area where the cameras would normally go.
Is there was a different way to install this? Maybe without bumper removal or without cable ties?
Not really. If we could have made it without bumper removal or without cable ties then we would have done so.
Which mesh is used for this grill set?
This is our "Perforated Hexagon" mesh. It's a 1/4" hexagon opening, that's 1/16" thick and has a powder coated gloss black finish.
