This is the epoxy of choice, used by us in some applications as seen in our install videos. This is primarily used on grilles to fill in missing gaps, or to get a firm bond from mesh to grille.

Yes, this adhesive works great for bonding mixed materials.
Typically about 30-60 mins.
For creating a hard plastic repair, no. For bonding mesh to a grille or bumper, Automotive Goop is a good alternative.
That's hard to say without knowing the application it's used for. Typically (1) 200mL cartridge is all that's need.
