What
material are these grill sheets made of? |

In general,
the Expanded and Perforated materials are made from 3003
or higher grade Aluminum and the Woven Wire sheets are
made from T304 Stainless Steel. |

How
thick is this material? |
|
Most of the
materials range from 20 gauge to 14 gauge. With the expanded
products there is a raw thickness and expanded thickness
that will be noted in the product description. |

How
big are the openings on the sheets? |
|
The open area
on the sheets can vary greatly from pattern to pattern.
Some of the smaller mesh types have openings as small
as 3/16" and some as large as 1". |

What
size sheet is this material available in? |
|
Universally,
the smallest sheet that we regularly stock is a 6"x36".
The larger sheets that we normally stock is 12"x48"
in the Expanded and Woven type meshes. The Perforated
meshes are available in a 16"x48". Some styles
have a limited supply of larger sheets, such as a 24"x48"
or 18"x60" |

What
finishes / colors are available? |
|
All sheets
are available in a "silver" finish which is
simply a mill finish or raw. All of the larger sized sheets
are available in a powder coat gloss black. Most of the
smaller sheets are also available in a powder coat gloss
black. The large sized perforated sheets are available
in a powder coat flat black. Some of the flat materials
are also available in a polished finish. |

these rust? |

No, these
will not rust. |

Can
this material be polished or chromed? |
|
All the materials
can be chromed, though we do not offer any of them already
chromed at this time. Some of the materials can be easily

sizes of trim are available? |

We a few different
sizes of trims that work well on the grill materials we
use. The Neoprene Rubber Edge Trim is recommended for
most (but not all) applications. |

will it be shipped in one piece? |

Yes, we can
usually ship multiple lengths of the same material in
one continuous piece. |

Do
you have the rubber trim in a different color than black?

No, we just
have black available in the flexible rubber trims at this
time. |

Why
is the chrome trim so stiff? |
|
It's a hard
plastic unlike the other trims. It can't bend the same
way that the others do. |

How
do these install? |
|
There's a
variety of installation methods that we use. Most commonly
used is a cable tie, or metal wire installation, though
sometimes adhesives or clips are used. We have several
good installation videos on our Grill
Attachment page. |

Do
these come ready to install right out of the box? |
|
In most cases,
yes, these are ready to install right out of the box.
In some occasions, additional installation products may
be needed. The kits that are labeled as "DIY"
generally require custom work to be done before installation.

I get this grill in a different material than what is
listed? |
|
Maybe. Not
all materials will work with the intended installation
for the product. Please email
us with your idea and we'll see if we can make that
possible. |

you have a grill for a vehicle that is not listed on your

No (usually).
Most of what we have is listed. We do have some grills
not listed that may be in development, but generally if
you don't see it on the website then we do not currently
offer it. |

Maybe, it
depends on what you need and what type of artwork you
have available to send over. |

Yes, everything
is in stock, unless otherwise noted. |

We ship via
USPS. This has been proven to be the best balance of cost
effectiveness and speed of delivery. |

Generally,
we are able to ship order within 1 business day. We no
not ship on legal holidays or the weekend. |

much does shipping cost? |
|
The shipping
cost varies, and is calculated using the package weight
and the distance from our zip code (49509) to your zip code.
We try our best to calculate the proper amount of postage
using the best measurements of the product weights we
have. |

checkout process after you have entered your full shipping

as it's returned in the way it was received. Generally
we don't accept returns on used goods or universal sheets
that have been cut by anyone but us. |

This is a
case by case basis, but generally you will receive a full
refund on the product cost if the item is unused. |

do I make an insurance claim on a damaged package? |

If your package
arrives damaged, you'll need to refuse the package back
to us and we'll do all the work for you on the insurance
claim. |
