RETURN POLICY

Custom Grills: THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM GRILLS UNLESS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING OR DEFECTIVE. BY NATURE CUSTOM PRODUCTS OF ANY SORT ARE SOLD AS IS BUT IF YOUR PRODUCT WHEN YOU RECEIVE IT IS NOT COMPLETE OR DAMAGED THEN US KNOW. ALL RETURNED GRILLS WILL BE INSPECTED, AND THEN RESOLVED. GRILLS THAT ARRIVE DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE WILL BE REPLACED WITH A NEW SET OF WHAT WAS PURCHASED INITIALLY UPON ARRIVAL HERE AND AFTER PRIOR APPROVAL TO RETURN THE PRODUCT. IF YOUR GRILL KIT IS INCOMPLETE UPON PURCHASE, CONTACT US AND YOU WILL BE SUPPLIED WITH THE MISSING PARTS. TO MAKE A VALID DAMAGED CLAIM, YOU MUST PURCHASE SHIPPING INSURANCE AT THE TIME YOU ORDER.

Custom Pulleys, Billet Accessories, Lighting, Motor Mounts, and other accessories: There are no returns on custom pulleys, billet accessories, lighting, motor mounts, and other accessories unless damaged in shipping or defective. By nature custom products of any sort are sold as is but if your product when you receive it is not complete or damaged then us know.

Mr. Grille: There are no returns on Mr. Grille brand grills at this time unless damaged in shipping or defective. It is Mr Grille's policy to not accept returns from us, thus we cannot accept returns from you since we do not stock these items. If your grill kit is incomplete, please contact us and we can obtain the correct part.

Putco: There are no returns on Putco brand grills at this time unless damaged in shipping or defective. Putco return policy requires a RGA number to be issued first. Then the grill will be shipped back, inspected, and then resolved. The overall process may take months to complete. It is Putco's policy to not accept returns from us, thus we cannot accept returns from you since we do not stock these items. If your grill kit is incomplete, please contact us and we can obtain the correct part.

SHIPPING INFO

Customcargrills.com Grills and Pulleys: We try to pride ourselves on fast and friendly service. In order to best serve you we primarily use the United States Post Service (USPS) for our shipping courier. We like to use USPS because of their cost effective options for both us and the customer.

The standard domestic shipping option is 2-3 day service. The express shipping option is an additional service we offer. Purchasing multiple items in the same cart will accumulate different shipping totals because we ship based on weight vs. zip code vs. zipcode. We add delivery confirmations to all domestic orders to insure proper delivery information for both us and the customer. Insurance is available upon request in the checkout form.

USPS offers Delivery Confirmation but does NOT offer package tracking services. We do NOT have tracking numbers that will give estimated delivery dates or up to the minute information about package where-a-bouts. The delivery confirmations that we buy from USPS are used only to show when a package is shipped and when a package is delivered.

Mr Grille: All Mr. Grille orders have a shipping cost of $0 associated to the purchase. This applies to domestic buyers only. If you are an international customer, please inquire for your specific shipping rate.

Mr. Grille orders are shipped directly from Mr. Grille through UPS ground. All orders are shipped out in the order they come in. Most grills will not be in our stockroom at the time ordered unless noted to the buyer upon payment confirmation. Mr Grille stocks and ships the grills from their business in N. California.

Mr. Grille does not forward on any tracking numbers to customcargrills.com. Unfortunately we will NOT be able to provide any tracking numbers to our customers initially upon purchase. If your package does not arrive in the time frame specified in your email from us, please email us so we can make the appropriate steps to ensure you get your package in a timely manner.
