This is a mesh grill kit for a Mitsubishi Eclipse from 2006-2008. The lower mesh kit includes 1 precut mesh piece, mounting ties, mounting bases and screws. The upper mesh kit includes 2 precut mesh piece and mounting ties.

Mesh for the lower section will fit in front of the bumper opening, and the upper pieces attach over top of the existing grill mesh. These mesh pieces come powder coated (black) or raw (silver) and a rubber trim has been installed along the outer edge.

The lower mesh piece is more of a flush mount than a deep install. The mesh is designed to be installed at about the same depth as the edge lip where the bumper opening starts to go back toward the engine bay.
No, the upper grilles tie onto the stock grilles. The mesh pieces will not properly install as a standalone item.

It is just very intricate to weave around the mesh to bracket with twist ties.

Very well made and the fit is superb. Take your time to well position the tabs. I dit a lot of dry tries before going ahead to install.
