I’m based about as far away from Michigan USA as one can get and I have had the most amazing Customer Service experience from Matt at Custom Car Grills. Firstly, I live in Tasmania (that’s the small heart shaped island below Australia at the bottom of the globe). Matt organised the Grille mesh for my new BMW M3 Touring and dispatched it to me in record time. I’ve never had a parcel arrive so quickly. The mesh was well packed and in perfect condition.

Secondly, they say you should judge a business by the way it handles “issues” as that’s a true testament to a good business. After receiving my parcel I contacted Matt about a minor adjustment to one section of my Grille Mesh. It’s my understanding that BMW had made a tweak to ther Grille since Matt had made the templates for the BMW Grille when the model was first released. . Everything Matt had provided was millimetre perfect and after explaining this issue to Matt, he swept into action, bought himself a NEW BMW Grille, adjusted his template and sen...read moret me a new section of Mesh. Matt then decided he would take responsibility for something I didn’t even think was his issue. I actually had to plead with him to accept more money from me to cover some of the postage costs to me (which was really expensive). At this point in my life I think Matt is one of the most sincere, generous and honest business person I have ever dealt with and I’m old & have been around for a while. I have installed some of my Grille mesh and it looks great. I’ve received heaps of compliments. The Mesh is PREMIUM Quality and it fits perfectly. Matt has a very high standard and a great work ETHIC and I highly recommend him.

Matt at Custom Car Grills is honest and trustworthy. He uses good quality Mesh and attends to orders promptly. I highly recommend, anyone that buys from Matt and I am sure he will not be disappointed.
