It was hard to find information about removing the old grille on a 2010-2013 but I was able to remove the old grille by pushing down on the black tabs and working the grille forward. After the tabs clear you can pull strait out on the old grille while bracing the attached body parts and it will pop out. Do not pull up! You do not have to remove the bumper. Lubricate tabs if they are stubborn. Installing the new one was a bit of work (cutting and sanding) but it installs easily. Great product.

Love the look of my 2011 4runner with this new grill. Taking off the grill was a pain but it was worth it. Would definitely buy again if needed. Thanks!!
