Was a little hesitant about a DIY. I didn't even remove my grill. Just cut it out with an angle grinder, used an air rotary tool and stone to get the edges off, like the video I used plastic filler to fill in the gaps, then body fillet etc. all in all it wasnt too bad and turned out pretty decently. For the money you cant beat this product if you want a aluminum mesh grill. Its also surprisingly thick, honestly if you enjoy weekend DIY's, and maybe some day want to install a big bad FMIC, this is a must have. There are a couple plastic grills for the Elantra sport out there, but neither of them have as much heft as this grill insert, plus in my opinion, if done right, this one is just cleaner looking.
